Monday – Thursday6:30 AM – 4:30 PMThree-day weekends every week!
$19.00–$21.00 per hourBased on experience
- Inspect finished powder-coated parts to ensure they meet customer specifications and quality standards.
- Identify cosmetic defects such as scratches, runs, contamination, or missed coverage.
- Verify colors, gloss levels, and finish quality before parts are packaged and shipped.
- Document inspection results and communicate any quality concerns to the production team.
- Work closely with painters, maskers, and shipping personnel to resolve quality issues.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Support continuous improvement efforts to reduce defects and improve efficiency.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work.
- Ability to identify defects and follow inspection procedures.
- Dependable with excellent attendance.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds when needed.
No previous inspection experience is required—we're happy to train the right person!
