About Exclusive Pet Grooming
Exclusive Pet Grooming has been serving Miami-Dade pet owners since 2005. We operate a fleet of 7 fully equipped mobile grooming vans and have built our reputation on one-on-one, cage-free grooming delivered directly to clients' driveways. We're licensed, insured, vet-recommended, and trusted by hundreds of repeat clients. We don't compete on price. We compete on quality, consistency, and care.
The Role
We're looking for an experienced groomer to join our team. You'll groom one pet at a time in a fully equipped, climate-controlled mobile van. You'll work directly with clients, deliver breed-appropriate haircuts, and represent Exclusive Pet Grooming every day. This is not a high-volume operation. Quality matters more than speed.
What You'll Do
- Deliver Signature Full Grooms, Mini Grooms, and Essential Baths to clients at their homes
- Bathe, dry, trim nails, clean ears, and provide breed-appropriate haircuts
- Use professional-grade shampoos and conditioners on every appointment
- Communicate with clients about their pet's coat, behavior, and grooming needs
- Maintain van equipment, supplies, and cleanliness
- Follow our grooming standards consistently across all appointments
What We Need
- Minimum 1 year grooming experience (mobile experience preferred but not required)
- Strong technical skills: breed knowledge, matting assessment, safe handling
- Reliable, professional, and coachable
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently in a mobile environment
- Willingness to learn our methods and standards
