Cast Block Auto Parts is looking for an experienced Automotive Parts Sales Representative to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate must have knowledge of automobiles and automotive parts and be passionate about the automotive industry. You will assist customers in selecting the correct parts, provide professional sales support, build long-term customer relationships, and help grow our business.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist customers in selecting the correct automotive parts.
- Answer customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person.
- Prepare quotes and process sales orders.
- Develop and maintain relationships with body shops, dealerships, repair shops, and wholesale customers.
- Learn our products and stay up to date with industry trends.
- Deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales goals.
Requirements:
- Must have knowledge of automobiles and automotive parts.
- Must understand OEM and aftermarket parts.
- Previous experience in automotive parts sales, body shops, dealerships, collision repair, or the automotive industry is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
Work Location: In person
