Duties
- Assist in loading and unloading materials and equipment
- Perform general maintenance and cleaning of work areas
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks efficiently
- Support team members in various projects as needed
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Experience
- Previous experience in labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with construction or manufacturing environments is a plus
- Ability to work as part of a team while also being self-motivated
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and supervisors
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing tasks
