We are seeking responsible, safety‑focused Cargo Van Delivery Drivers who are interested not only in daily route delivery but also in developing leadership skills within our station. This is a W2, full‑time, day‑shift position with weekend availability as needed. You will be home every day.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver packages throughout Palm Beach, Broward, and Martin Counties
- Monday start time: 8:15 AM (10–12 hour shift)
- Tuesday–Friday start time: 11:15 AM (8–9 hour shift)
- Weekends as needed
- Perform sort and scanning functions
- Execute company policies and operational procedures
- Train couriers in daily job functions
- Cover open routes when required
- Open and/or close the station as assigned
- Lead daily courier functions including pre‑shift meetings, sorting, and on‑road coordination
- Complete additional operational tasks as assigned by the Supervisor
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Safe driving record
- Ability to pass a pre‑employment drug test and background check
- Leadership experience (1 year required)
- Delivery driving experience (2 years required)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Safety‑first mindset with consistent compliance
- Ability to work flexible schedules (AM/PM and weekends)
- Transportation logistics experience preferred
- Hazmat Endorsement preferred
