Job Overview
We are seeking an elite, relationship-driven High-Ticket Sales Specialist to join our growing wellness team in Eureka. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our patient acquisition, converting inbound consultations into premium, high-ticket transformation packages.
This is not a passive clinic clerk job. You will run high-value consultations, dive deep into our clients' goals and challenges, and articulate the massive value of our body contouring and GLP-1/peptides programs. If you have the raw talent, hunger, high energy and natural ability to close with experience in high ticket sales , we are entirely willing to train the right candidate on our industry-specific frameworks.
Core Responsibilities
- High-Ticket Conversions: Conduct deep-dive, empathetic consultations with prospective clients to understand their needs, handle objections with precision, and confidently close premium, high-ticket packages.( $1,000 to $8,000)
- Pipeline Management: Proactively follow up with inbound leads, past inquiries, and current clients to maximize lifetime value and drive consistent referral revenue.
- Value-Based Education: Masterfully communicate the science, health benefits, and transformational outcomes of our treatments, framing our packages as investments in their health rather than expenses.
- Experience Delivery: Maintain an ultra-premium, professional presentation and environment that justifies premium pricing from the moment a client walks in.
- Data & Operations: Maintain meticulous, up-to-date client notes and records within our management software (Vagaro).

Compensation & Benefits
- Base + Uncapped Commission: Competitive weekly base salary plus a high-percentage commission structure on all high-ticket package sales.
- Target Earnings: $500 – $3,000+ per week
- Inbound Leads: No cold calling. You will be closing warm, qualified leads who have booked consultations specifically for body contouring and GLP-1/ Peptide wellness transformations.
