Position Overview
We’re looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to join our Baltimore team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about coffee who’s eager to drive growth by building strong relationships with new and existing customers. The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, conduct market research, and continue to deepen their knowledge of green coffee and the specialty industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly
- Communicate Keffa’s value proposition through proposals, presentations, and cuppings
- Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity
Requirements
- Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Working knowledge of cupping protocol
- Passion for coffee and a solid understanding of the specialty coffee industry
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed
- Experience with Eximware software is a plus
