We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office
operations and help keep our team running smoothly. This is an excellent opportunity for someone

This role reports directly to company leadership and touches nearly every aspect of the business
from client communications and scheduling to vendor coordination and recordkeeping.
Key Responsibilities
Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and client inquiries in a professional
manner
Schedule and coordinate service appointments, technician dispatches, and follow-up visits
Maintain accurate records including work orders, invoices, customer files, and inspection
logs
Prepare and send client correspondence, proposals, and service agreements
Process accounts payable and receivable; support basic bookkeeping tasks
Order office supplies, track inventory, and manage vendor relationships
Assist with recruiting tasks such as posting jobs, screening applicants, and scheduling
interviews
Support leadership with special projects, reporting, and internal communications
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
