North County Ford is in search of a dedicated Automotive Technician with a passion for automobiles, superb attention to detail and following safety protocol, performing excellent vehicle repair work, and ensuring customer satisfaction to contribute to the success of the team, the dealership and the brand.
Our Technicians perform vehicle repair and maintenance work as assigned in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
Salary: $33.00 per hour + Flag Rate . Flag Rate is determined by your experience. Average annual compensation ranges from $80,000 to $150,000.

What are the requirements for this job?
- Must have Driver's License
- Automotive Industry Background
- Must possess thorough knowledge of all facets of automotive maintenance and repair.
- Must be able to use manual and power hand tools and other machinery safely.
- Ability to communicate well with coworkers and customers.
- Must be able to understand oral and written directions and instructions in English.
- Strong organizational ability and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and plan work activities.
- CDK Experience
- Must be able to safely operate a vehicle lift.
- Must be able to drive vehicles with automatic and manual transmission.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain necessary Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) required training certification.
