Livoti's Old World Market is looking for an experienced Bakery / Bread Maker to join our bakery team. We're seeking a dedicated individual who is passionate about artisan baking, takes pride in producing high-quality products, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

**EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
**TRAVEL REQUIRED< you will travel to ALL 5 locations to cover days off. (Aberdeen, Brick, Freehold, Middletown, Malboro)

Responsibilities
- Prepare, mix, shape, proof, and bake a variety of breads and bakery products
- Follow established recipes and production schedules while maintaining consistency and quality
- Monitor product freshness and ensure bakery displays remain fully stocked and visually appealing
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment
- Operate bakery equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist with inventory, product rotation, and minimizing waste
- Work collaboratively with the bakery team to meet daily production goals
Qualifications
- Previous bakery and bread-making experience is required
- Strong knowledge of bread production techniques and baking equipment
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Open availability required
- Weekends and holidays are mandatory
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic required
