*Job Summary:*
Join our team at New Horizons Cincinnati Center, an Outpatient facility assisting in Addicitons, Mental Health and Co-occuring areas at a facility dedicated to providing exceptional care to individuals in need. We are currently seeking a dedicated Group Facilitator to facilitate therapeutic groups and support services for individuals dealing with addictions, mental health. and or co -occuring challenges. As a Group Facilitator, you will play a crucial role in creating a safe and supportive environment for our clients to explore their emotions, develop coping strategies, and foster personal growth.
*Responsibilities:*
- Facilitate group therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities.
- Provide direct support and guidance to clients during group sessions, encouraging active participation and emotional expression.
- Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure comprehensive care for each client, including case management and coordination of services.
- Implement telehealth services as needed to reach clients in various settings.
- Utilize psychotherapy techniques to help clients address underlying issues contributing to their mental health challenges.
- Work with diverse populations, including geriatric clients and individuals with special education needs.
- Complete all reaquired documentation in the electronic medical records within all regulation guidelines.
*Qualifications:*
- Minimum CDCA licensure/ Certificaiton
- Proven experience in facilitating group therapy sessions and working with individuals with mental health disorders.
- Familiarity with diagnostic evaluation tools and assessment procedures.
- Knowledge of cognitive behavioral therapy, art therapy, and other therapeutic interventions.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Previous experience in a hospital or clinical setting is advantageous.
- Certification in case management or relevant licensure is a plus.

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
