Compensation: $145,000–$190,000 annually, aligned with the career model you choose, plus bonus opportunities.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 3 years of litigation experience, including documented success in court hearings and trials.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Active Texas Bar license in good standing.
- Strong oral advocacy and exceptional legal writing skills.
- Ability to manage a full caseload with limited supervision.
- Commitment to excellence in client service.
