Compensation:

Responsibilities:-
Shadow our Senior PM on active jobs, learning sequencing, scheduling, budgets, and client communication from day one

Build and maintain project schedules in JobTread (we'll train you on the software)

Track project budgets, change orders, and daily logs

Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and inspectors. Confirm deliveries, schedule trades, and follow up on permits.

Walk job sites with the PM, learning to read what's done well, what's behind, and what needs attention

Sit in client meetings. Gradually take over communication on smaller jobs as you earn it.

Document progress through JobTread and CompanyCam

By months 12 to 18, run small projects ($25K to $75K) under PM oversight
Qualifications:
What We're Looking For:

No construction experience required

Strong candidates may come from office management, military logistics, restaurant or hospitality management, retail operations, project coordination, customer service, or recent college programs

Exceptional organizational skills. You manage multiple things at once without dropping any.

Clear written and verbal communication

Comfortable with software (Microsoft products, basic spreadsheets). We will train JobTread and CompanyCam.

Calm under pressure. Construction surprises you daily. You adjust without panic.

Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, clean driving record

OSHA 30 within the first 6 months (paid by HEI)

High school diploma or GED. Associates or bachelor's degree a plus.

Any exposure to construction, trades, or skilled labor

Experience coordinating multiple people, vendors, or schedules
