Whether it's shirts for a birthday party, wristbands for a fundraiser, or patches for NASA (one of our long-term clients), you will be selling it!

As a Promotional Products Expert, you will do the following:
Recommend products that best suit the customer’s needs.
Encourage and assist customers in placing promotional product orders.
Cross-sell and upsell on items to help them grow.
Work with artists to ensure the customer gets exactly what they need.
Maintain a high level of world-class customer service and professionalism to a wide range of customers.
Successful candidates for this position will have:
Six months experience in providing customer service either via phone or in person.
The ability to type 35 WPM.
Maintain a positive environment, working with co-workers and customers within a diverse culture.
Excellent telephone manner and listening skills.
The ability to relate to customers in a professional and courteous manner.
The ability to work in a team environment.
The ability to work under pressure.
The ability to sit for long periods of time.
Possess excellent attention to detail and multi-tasking ability.
Self-motivation to work under his/her own initiative.
Job Type: Full-time
