As a veterinary CSR, you know that your job is an art form. It is a balancing act requiring understanding, patience, flexibility, dedication, and knowledge. You are the front-line; the organizers who provide the crucial assessments that help set our patient care. You are the voice of the clinic and too often the importance of what you do is overlooked. At Broadway Veterinary Clinic, we view our receptionists as equal team members whose value is immeasurable.
Our Clinic:
- Our technicians, receptionists, and doctors are equal team members appreciated as individuals with their own strengths and attributes.
- Friendly, collaborative environment where a sense of humor is encouraged, and employee support is a priority.
- Dedicated clientele that trusts and appreciates the continuity of care we provide for their dogs and cats.
- Their trust lets you practice meaningful medicine.
- A commitment to staying private which includes a transition plan. You will not have to face a corporate buyout.
The Job
- Flexible schedules with full-time benefits offered on a 3-day work week alternating with a 4-day work week to allow you extra days off (if desired) without a loss of benefits.
- A Part-time position could also be available for the right candidate.
- Some Saturday shifts are required, but they are shorter days and on a rotating schedule.
- Medical and Dental Premiums are fully covered with no monthly out-of-pocket cost.
- Paid time off
- At-cost pet care with most laboratory services provided free of charge
- 401k
- Profit-Sharing plan
Beyond these benefits is the benefit of knowing you work at a clinic that truly values patient care. Our doctors do not work on commission, meaning we get to spend each day focusing on how we can best help our clients and patients. We have long-standing relationships with our clients, and we genuinely care about our patients. You will never doubt the quality of care that you will be helping to provide.
Our Candidate:
- At least one year of veterinary experience
- Comfortable in an inclusive environment.
- Enjoys client communication and education
- Wants to learn and grow their skills within a supportive team
- Comfortable giving and receiving feedback with a goal of professional growth
- Enthusiastic and kind
- Values working as a team with high levels of utilization
- Interested in finding their perfect fit for long-term employment while developing strong client relationships
- Passionate about continuing education
Willingness to adhere to a No Gossip Agreement that encourages direct, kind communication among all team members
If you have these skills and our fun, hard-working team approach honoring the individual is appealing, we would love to talk with you!
