Overview
Sciarappa Construction Co. is a small, residential and light commercial General Contractor. We are located in Avon Lake and our customers are on the West Side of Cleveland. We are seeking a Construction Foreman/Superintendent who possesses some construction trade skills as well as management expertise. The Construction Foreman/Superintendent will play a pivotal role in supervising daily operations, managing subcontractors and crew members. Must have good communication skills and the ability to solve problems.

- Oversee all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets
- Manage and supervise on-site construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality workmanship
- Coordinate construction schedules with project managers to optimize resource allocation and workflow efficiency
- Lead meetings with project stakeholders to communicate progress, challenges, and solutions effectively
- Ability to perform portions of the total scope of work needed to complete the project
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
