Position Responsibilities
As a BCBA, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based ABA services while supporting children, families, and behavior technicians through compassionate clinical leadership.
Responsibilities include:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and comprehensive clinical evaluations
- Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
- Analyze treatment data and modify programming based on client progress
- Supervise, mentor, and provide ongoing training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Provide caregiver training to promote treatment success across environments
- Complete treatment plans, progress reports, and required clinical documentation
- Conduct assessments including VB-MAPP, Vineland-3, AFLS, ABLLS-R, PEAK, and other standardized assessments
- Collaborate closely with families, clinical leadership, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure exceptional client outcomes
- Maintain compliance with BACB Ethics Code and company policies
Qualifications
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Active North Carolina Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential (or ability to obtain)
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Experience developing and supervising ABA treatment programs
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Passion for improving the lives of children and families through evidence-based ABA services
- Ability to travel locally between client locations and/or clinic sites as needed
