Responsibilities
As an Automotive Technician, you will:
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair customer vehicles efficiently and accurately
- Perform repairs according to dealership and manufacturer standards
- Complete multi-point inspections and recommend needed maintenance
- Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and the Parts Department
- Document repairs and inspection findings accurately
- Maintain your own professional tool inventory
- Stay current with manufacturer technical bulletins and factory training
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience that builds long-term loyalty
- Collaborate with Service Advisors, Parts Associates, Sales Staff, Cashiers, Managers, and fellow Technicians

Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Automotive technical training preferred
- Minimum one year of automotive technician experience preferred
- Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles is a plus
Schedule
- Full-Time
- Monday–Friday
- 8 or 10-hour shifts
- Occasional weekends as needed
