American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Inpatient Rehab position in Rio Rancho, NM, requiring a minimum of 1.5 years of experience and a valid NM or Compact RN license.

Inpatient rehabilitation hospital setting — not a nursing home or LTAC facility

Single dedicated rehab unit; all patients are acute inpatient rehab
-
Typical patient length of stay is approximately 14 days
-
Night shift: 3x12-hour shifts (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM)

Every other weekend required
-
No on-call requirements

Charting performed in Cerner
-
Navy blue scrubs and closed-toe shoes required

Free parking available on site

Active NM or Compact RN license — must provide proof of license at time of consideration

Minimum 1.5 years of RN experience required

Inpatient hospital and/or rehab setting experience required

Current BLS/CPR certification required
-
ACLS certification preferred; required if serving in a charge nurse role

Ability to fill in as charge nurse when needed
