Job Summary
We have an outstanding opportunity for a first-shift production scheduler with some supervision. For stamping and light assembly.
Stamping press, light assembly, and welding supervision experience preferred. Must be motivated, organized, and willing to take charge. Able to communicate with all levels of the organization. English/Spanish desired. Please attach a resume with your response.
Responsibilities
- Monitor production progress daily, identify potential delays or bottlenecks, and adjust plans proactively to meet delivery deadlines.
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to optimize workflows, implement lean manufacturing principles, and support process improvements for increased efficiency.
- Assist in supervising team members, providing guidance on best practices in plant management and operations management.
- Support quality control initiatives by integrating quality standards into production planning and process improvement activities.
Requirements
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing methodologies, lean management practices, and continuous improvement strategies.
- Familiarity with supply chain management concepts including plant management.
- Mechanical knowledge related to manufacturing equipment and processes is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating across departments and supervising team members effectively.

Pay: $25.00 - $38.00 per hour
