We are a faith-driven, client-centered non-medical home care provider that is committed to serving with compassion, integrity, reliability, and excellence. We are building a strong Weekend Workforce Team to ensure consistent, quality care from Thursday through Monday.
Position Summary:
We are seeking dependable, compassionate caregivers to provide high-quality non-medical in-home care throughout the extended weekend. Caregivers in this role will work consistent schedules every week and must be able to support clients with a variety of care needs.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility)
- Provide companionship, supervision, and emotional support
- Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Support clients who smoke or have pets
- Provide all levels of care from standby assistance to total care
- Document care and report condition changes
- Maintain reliable attendance (Thu–Mon)
What You Bring:
- Genuine desire to serve and care for others.
- Previous caregiving experience (professional or personal) PCA, CNA or NA preferred but not required — we provide training.
- Dependable, compassionate, and respectful attitude.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Must pass background screening and have reliable transportation to drive yourself to and from all assignments.
- Familiarity with geriatric care and the needs of older adults
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition clients as needed
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
