Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for production and people? As a Producing Branch Manager, you’ll take charge of your branch’s operations while actively building your own book of business. What You’ll Do

Build and maintain a strong customer base through prospecting and relationship management

Meet and exceed production goals and sales targets

Lead and mentor a high-performing team to achieve branch objectives

Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance

Foster a positive, high-performance culture aligned with company values

Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and development

Collaborate with other branches and departments to share best practices

Report on branch performance, KPIs, and sales metrics to senior leadership

Represent the company in the community and industry events
What You Bring

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree a plus)

2+ years of experience in the title and escrow industry

1+ year of direct leadership experience

Proven success in a producing role with a strong sales mindset

Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
