Position Overview
Spartan Floor Coatings is seeking a reliable Assistant Installer to support floor coating installations.
This is a hands-on role working directly on job sites. Prior epoxy experience is not required — training will be provided. We are looking for individuals who are dependable, coachable, and comfortable working in a physical environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with installation of epoxy and polyaspartic floor coating systems
- Support surface preparation including grinding, cleaning, and repairs
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite
- Follow direction from the Lead Installer to complete projects efficiently
Requirements
- Experience in general labor, construction, or hands-on work preferred
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
- Basic familiarity with tools is a plus
