The Groundskeeper will interact with residents, vendors and work as part of a team to ensure residents’ common area and the community look and operate at the highest level.
As a Groundskeeper, your primary responsibilities include:
- Under the direction of the Property Manager;
- Cleaning areas by vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, glass cleaning, dusting, etc.
- Clean and stock restrooms as needed and keep clubhouse clean
- Empty trash receptacles and pet waste stations inside and outside
- Daily walk and clean up of community grounds
- Demonstrate excellent customer service to both residents, prospects, and fellow associates.
- Trash out of vacated apartment units
- Operate machinery and equipment standard to a groundskeeper operation
· Assist in overall efforts to enhance curb appeal and retention.
Experience & Skills
· Experience in the hospitality industry a plus
· Minimum High school diploma/GED required
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekend hours;
· Strong organizational and time management skills
· Ability to multi-task with ease and professionalism
