About the Role
Our client's Cloud Infrastructure DevOps team designs and deploys robust infrastructure solutions supporting SAP products and services across local, state, federal, and private-sector organizations with government missions. The team is automation-first, building provider-agnostic solutions that work seamlessly across AWS, Azure, and GCP.

You will write and debug Terraform from an existing codebase, manage Ansible across customer environments, build containerized services, and operate with a security-first mindset across everything you touch. If you thrive in a multi-cloud, multi-tenant environment and enjoy solving hard infrastructure problems, this team is built for you.
What You'll Do
- Write, modify, and run Terraform from an existing codebase to deploy and maintain infrastructure across multiple cloud providers, including debugging deployment errors
- Run and troubleshoot Ansible playbooks to manage customer infrastructure
- Use GitLab across multiple repositories to maintain infrastructure and create merge requests for customer environment changes
- Configure, build, and deploy containerized services using Docker and/or Kubernetes
- Analyze traffic flow data between customer and hosted environments to troubleshoot connectivity issues
- Implement monitoring, configuration management, and logging across a multi-tenant cloud infrastructure
- Produce and maintain technical documentation covering network and system design and governance
- Develop standard operating procedures, knowledge base articles, and technical bulletins
- Apply a security-first mindset across all responsibilities
- Leverage generative AI tools to improve efficiency, accuracy, and resource management within security boundaries
What You'll Bring
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- 5 to 8 or more years of experience with Python, Terraform, Ansible, Concourse CI/CD, Vault, and Identity Management
- Strong Linux/Unix internals and administration skills including filesystems, system calls, and hardening
- Solid networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, routing, DNS, network topologies, and SDN
- Proficiency in Terraform for building modules across AWS, Azure, and/or GCP
- Experience with RBAC design and provisioning
- Working knowledge of AWS, Azure, and GCP foundational services
- Experience with logging and log processing in a cloud environment
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow
- Proficiency in bash or Python for automation
Preferred:
- Experience designing, analyzing, and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems
- Ability to debug and optimize code and automate routine tasks
- Strong communication skills with a sense of ownership and drive
- Systematic problem-solving approach in fast-paced, collaborative environments
Why Apply
