- Speaking Arabic is not required but is a huge plus.
Servers:
- Fine dining etiquette
- They should learn the menu to explain dishes (ingredients and cultural background) as they are delivered to the table.
- Upsell and make active suggestions. They should understand this is fundamentally a sales position.
- Not an entry level position, but we would accept an applicant presenting exceptional skill.
Hosts:
- Greet customers and manage seating rotations and reservations
- Maintain a clean dining room
- Cross trained with support staff
Support Staff
- Clear tables throughout the customer experience
- Refill beverages to assist servers
- Run orders from kitchen to tables with proper presentation etiquette
- $10 base + tip share
Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
