We are looking for a bilingual, dedicated and resourceful CFS Caseworkers who are committed to guiding families through complex service systems while fostering stability and long-term success.

What You’ll Do
As a CFS Caseworker, you will partner with families to identify priorities, access services, and build strong support systems. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading initial intake meetings and completing ongoing assessments
- Creating tailored service plans that reflect each family’s strengths and goals
- Linking families to essential services such as housing, healthcare, IHSS, SSI, food programs, and mental health support
- Maintaining consistent engagement through home visits, phone communication, and virtual check-ins
- Monitoring progress and adjusting plans as needed
- Advocating for clients to ensure equitable access to services
- Working collaboratively with colleagues and community partners
- Keeping detailed, accurate, and compliant records
- Completing daily notes and submitting quarterly progress updates
- Attending staff meetings and participating in professional development

Minimum Requirements
- Associate degree in social work, Psychology, Human Services, Sociology, or a related discipline or
- At least 3 years of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities
- Knowledge of local and community-based resources
- Ability to work independently in a community setting
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
