A well-established and highly respected Buffalo law firm is seeking a Paralegal to support its plaintiff-side personal injury practice, including meaningful work representing victims of serious injury and abuse.
What You'll Do
- Draft legal documents & pleadings
- E-file via NYSCEF & PACER
- Manage deadlines, calendars, and case files
- Communicate with clients, courts & counsel
- Order/review medical records
- Assist with depositions, IMEs & trial prep

Job Requirements
- 3+ years litigation experience preferred (flexible for the right candidate)
- Personal injury experience, plaintiff-side strongly preferred
- Strong writing, organization & multitasking skills
