We are seeking a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a Clinical Supervisor and help bring meaningful ABA services to an area of critical need.
Your Impact
As a Clinical Supervisor, you will play a vital role in shaping services, mentoring clinicians, and ensuring every client receives thoughtful, data-driven, and compassionate care. Your leadership will directly impact client progress and support the professional growth of the clinical team.
A reduced caseload may be maintained as needed (to be determined during contracting).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, oversee, and refine individualized treatment plans using Applied Behavior Analysis
- Monitor client progress through meaningful data collection and clinical assessments
- Maintain accurate and compliant documentation in accordance with HIPAA standards
- Provide ongoing training, mentorship, and clinical guidance to staff
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to strengthen services and improve client outcomes
- Ensure alignment with organizational values, policies, and regulatory requirements
- Build trusting relationships with clients and families
Qualifications & Experience
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Background working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles and ethical practice
- Experience using data to guide clinical decision-making
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Passion for serving underserved or high-need communities
