About Us
We're a close-knit Adult Day Health Care center that has served our community's seniors for almost 4 years now. Our participants we care for become like family . We're looking for a driver who wants to be part of something meaningful for the long haul, not just fill a seat.
The Role
You'll be the first friendly face our participants see each morning and the last one they see each afternoon. This isn't just driving, it's helping someone's grandmother get to a place where she can socialize, receive care, and thrive. You'll transport seniors safely between their homes and our center in our passenger van, assist them on and off the vehicle, and treat every trip like you're driving your own family.
This role is ideal for someone who finds purpose in quiet, consistent work that makes a real difference in people's lives every single day.
What We're Looking For
- CDL required (Passenger endorsement strongly preferred; we'll support the right candidate in obtaining it)
- Clean driving record—safety isn't negotiable
- Spanish fluency required—most of our participants and families are Spanish-speaking
- Physical ability to assist seniors on and off the van
- Patience, reliability, and genuine warmth with older adults
- Someone who takes pride in showing up, day after day, and doing the job well
