Job Title: Insulation Technician
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Insulation Technician to install, maintain, and repair insulation materials in residential, and commercial settings. This role is essential in improving energy efficiency, maintaining temperature control, and ensuring compliance with safety and building standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install insulation materials such as fiberglass, blown in, vapor barrier and spray foam in walls, ceilings, attics, and crawl spaces
- Measure and cut insulation to fit specific spaces using hand and power tools
- Remove and dispose of old or damaged insulation safely
- Must operate machines safely and properly, and handle removal hoses gently
- Seal gaps and cracks to improve energy efficiency and air quality
- Read and interpret blueprints, building plans, and work orders
- Operate equipment such as blowers and sprayers for insulation application
- Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in insulation installation or construction is a plus
- Ability to work in confined spaces, at heights, and in varying weather conditions
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials
- Valid driver’s license may be required

Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive hourly wage or salary based on experience
- Company work truck and gas card will be provided after training probation period
