Overview
We are a growing wellness-focused sauna studio seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Outside Sales Representative to help expand our residential and commercial client base. This role is focused on generating new business opportunities, building partnerships within the wellness, fitness, hospitality, and other related industries, and educating potential clients on the benefits of premium sauna and recovery experiences.
The ideal candidate is confident in face-to-face sales, comfortable networking in the community, and passionate about health, wellness, and luxury client experiences. You will play a key role in growing brand awareness, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue through both direct outreach and long-term relationship building.

Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients through door-to-door outreach, local events, and community visits to generate new sales opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their energy needs and offering tailored solutions
- Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and follow up effectively
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns and outreach strategies in multiple markets
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up tasks within CRM platforms
Skills
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles and techniques for engaging diverse audiences
- Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing sales pipelines
- Excellent negotiation skills paired with outstanding customer service capabilities
