Recreation Therapists & Music Therapists (1099 Independent Contractors) – Texas YES Waiver
Blisspoint Care is hiring Recreation Therapists and Music Therapists (1099 independent contractors) to provide services to children and adolescents through the Texas Youth Empowerment Services (YES) Waiver Program.
About Blisspoint Care
Blisspoint Care is building meaningful, person-centered therapeutic experiences for children and adolescents with serious emotional and behavioral health needs by meeting individuals where they are and supporting where they want to go.
We operate within the Texas YES Waiver Program, but our work goes beyond compliance. We design services that are engaging, functional, and rooted in real-life outcomes. Our goal is to help youth build emotional regulation skills, increase resilience, strengthen family and social connections, develop healthy coping strategies, and participate more successfully at home, in school, and within their communities.
The work is deeply human and requires adaptability, presence, and intention. Every child communicates, learns, and grows differently. Progress is not always linear, but it is always meaningful.
We hire therapists with strong clinical judgment and a high level of ownership. We value professionals who think independently, create intentionally, and adjust in real time.
At Blisspoint Care, therapists are not simply implementing activities. They are designing therapeutic experiences. You are trusted to build sessions from the ground up, align them with each youth's individualized treatment goals, collaborate with families and care teams, and make decisions that directly improve quality of life.
We believe therapy should feel purposeful, not passive. If you value autonomy, creativity, and meaningful impact—and want your work to directly improve the lives of children and families—Blisspoint Care is the place to do it.
