Starting Pay: $17–$18 per Hour + Tips
Randolph’s Cannabis Reserve is excited to join the West 7th community in Saint Paul, and we are looking for passionate, reliable, and customer-focused individuals to join our opening team.
As a Budtender, you will help create a welcoming and educational experience for our guests while ensuring compliance with all Minnesota cannabis regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Educate customers about cannabis products and responsible consumption.
- Verify identification and maintain compliance standards.
- Process sales through our point-of-sale system.
- Maintain accurate inventory and product displays.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and professional.
- Work collaboratively with team members and management.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Retail, hospitality, or cannabis experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to learn cannabis products, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Dependable, professional, and team-oriented.
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
