Taurus Protection Inc. is looking for officers who are reliable, professional in appearance, alert, and capable of maintaining a strong security presence while providing excellent customer service.
Available Schedule
Monday – Thursday:
6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Friday, Saturday & Sunday:
24-hour security coverage is required, with officers assigned to scheduled shifts.
Both armed and unarmed positions are available.
Primary Responsibilities
- Maintain a professional and visible security presence
- Conduct routine patrols of the assigned property
- Monitor entrances, exits, and surrounding areas
- Identify and report suspicious activity or safety concerns
- Respond appropriately to incidents and emergencies
- Complete accurate daily activity and incident reports
- Maintain communication with supervisors and management
- Follow all client-specific post orders and company procedures
- Contact law enforcement or emergency services when appropriate
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed positions
- Armed officers must meet all applicable Texas licensing and age requirements
- Valid Texas security license/registration appropriate for the position
- Armed applicants must possess the required current armed security credentials
- Reliable transportation
- Reliable cell phone
- Ability to communicate professionally
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Must be punctual and dependable
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Must be able to pass applicable background and employment screening
Previous military, law enforcement, corrections, security, or customer-service experience is preferred but not required for qualified applicants.
