- Prepare food according to daily menus and dietary guidelines
- Ensure residents receive correct diets and portions
- Measure and assemble ingredients for menu items
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen environment
- Follow all cleaning schedules and food safety regulations
- Collaborate with team members and Culinary Director
- Maintain accurate food inventories
- Properly store food items at appropriate temperatures
- Rotate stock items as needed
- Restock kitchen supplies when necessary
- Ensure kitchen and prep areas are cleaned and sanitized at the beginning and end of each shift
- Dependable and team-oriented
