As our Human Resources Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting employees, maintaining compliance, improving internal operations, and helping our growing team succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for employees and contractors
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files
- Assist with attendance tracking, PTO administration, and employee documentation
- Support hiring and recruiting efforts, including job postings, interview coordination, and candidate communication
- Help ensure compliance with company policies and employment-related requirements across multiple states
- Assist with benefits administration and employee communications
- Support performance documentation, coaching processes, and internal HR initiatives
- Help maintain and improve employee handbooks, SOPs, and HR procedures
- Partner with leadership to support company-wide initiatives and employee engagement efforts
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee information
Qualifications
Experience
- Fluent in the Spanish and English language
- 2–4 years of experience in human resources, office administration, recruiting, or related fields required
- Experience supporting onboarding, employee documentation, or HR operations required
- Experience in a fast-paced environment is a plus
Skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage confidential employee information professionally and discreetly
- Strong follow-through and ability to manage deadlines independently
- Comfortable handling documentation, tracking, and process-driven tasks
- Ability to communicate professionally with employees and leadership
- Willingness to improve systems and help build internal processes as the company grows
