Job Title: Seasonal SalesAssociate
We are hiring Seasonal Sales Associates for our retail operation . This position is perfect for candidates who excel in high-energy retail environments, have proven sales skills, and are looking for a seasonal opportunity .
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service
- Promote, demonstrate, and sell products to meet sales goals
- Assist customers with product selection and features
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Process returns and exchanges following company procedures
- Support daily port operations and work as part of a team
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency is required
- availability during cruise season (Thursday–Monday, weekends required)
- Proven retail or sales experience
- Strong communication and customer engagement skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Cash-handling and basic computer skills
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift/carry up to 30 lbs
- Teller or money-remittance experience (MoneyGram / Western Union) is a plus
- Bilingual preferred

Compensation:
The Seasonal Sales Associate position includes both basic and lead roles. Candidates may be hired at either level depending on experience. Opportunities for advancement to a lead role are available for strong performers.
