Lillibridge manages more than 22 million square feet of outpatient medical space across 36 states, providing prime medical office spaces to health systems and physicians seeking to expand their reach and deliver value to their communities.
The Regional Leasing Director is responsible for driving leasing performance and revenue growth across an assigned portfolio of medical office assets in the Indianapolis, IN market, which has recently experienced significant growth. This role leads the execution of new and renewal leasing activity, develops and advances the deal pipeline, and partners closely with asset management, property management, existing tenants and prospects including health system partners, physician practices, and independent providers to deliver optimal occupancy and NOI outcomes.
The position serves as a primary interface with local health systems, physician groups, and brokers, ensuring alignment between leasing strategy, market dynamics, and portfolio objectives. Key responsibilities include:
Lead all aspects of new leasing and renewals for the assigned portfolio—from prospecting through lease execution
Develop, manage, and convert a robust leasing pipeline; ensure accuracy and completeness of activity tracking in Deal Manager
Prepare, negotiate, and finalize LOIs, lease proposals, and lease documents in coordination with internal stakeholders
Qualify prospective tenants through credit review policy and procedure
Develop and execute leasing strategies that align with asset-level business plans and portfolio performance targets
Maintain deep understanding of Indianapolis market dynamics, competitive positioning, rental rates, and tenant demand
Identify opportunities to accelerate lease-up, improve retention, and enhance value across the portfolio
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with the Indianapolis brokerage community to drive deal flow and market intelligence
Oversee outside third-party brokers ensuring engagement, pipeline data reliability, and execution of deals
Serve as the primary leasing contact for hospital partners and physician tenants, ensuring professional engagement.
Represent the company in meetings and industry events with clients, tenants, and external stakeholders, reinforcing Lillibridge’s value proposition
Partner with Asset Management on deal structuring, underwriting assumptions, and approval processes
Work closely with Property Management and Construction teams to align leasing with space delivery, tenant improvements, and timing
Coordinate with internal teams (legal, finance, marketing) to ensure efficient and compliant execution of transactions
Provide accurate forecasts and ensure pipeline updates are presented promptly
Maintain current market survey data and provide actionable insights to inform pricing and strategy
Monitor key leasing metrics (pipeline velocity, conversion, occupancy impact) and proactively address gaps
Support development and execution of property-level marketing initiatives, including collateral, tours, and outreach efforts
Participate in property tours, industry events, and client engagements to support leasing objectives
Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, finance, or related field
8+ years of commercial real estate office leasing experience, with a strong preference for medical office or healthcare real estate experience
Must be located in the Indianapolis, IN surrounding area or willing to relocate for the duration of employment
Knowledge and experience in the real estate healthcare sector in the Indianapolis market
Demonstrated ability to navigate complex leasing processes and deliver consistent results in specialized sectors with a strong success in negotiating and executing lease transactions
Strong leasing acumen, including financial, legal, and operational aspects of transactions including managing leasing pipelines and deal tracking systems
Advanced negotiation and communication skills with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
Proven ability to manage multiple transactions and priorities in a fast-paced environment
High level of professionalism in client, tenant, and broker interactions and excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to travel up to 25%, including multi‑day trips across multiple cities
