About the Role
Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
- Pull, stage, customize, and pack products according to pick lists
- Monitor packaging and filling operations to ensure quality and consistency
- Conduct inventory counts and maintain accurate records
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and follow standard operating procedures
- Identify and report product or equipment irregularities
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping goals
Physical Demands:
- Standing for the duration of an 8-hour shift
- Occasional overtime may be required
- Lifting and moving boxes weighing up to 50 pounds
- Frequent bending, squatting, and walking throughout the warehouse
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (includes 30-minute lunch break)
Job Type: Full-time
