As a Sales Technician, you will be on the front lines identifying problems, building trust with clients, and providing customized solutions that protect their property and reputation.

Compensation and Benefits

This is a commission-based role. Top performers routinely exceed the stated range, there is no cap on what you can earn.
What You'll Do
- Conduct on-site inspections for commercial and residential properties
- Identify wildlife or pest activity and assess risk
- Build and present customized service proposals
- Close sales and maintain strong client relationships
- Coordinate with our operations team to ensure smooth service delivery
- Support light exclusion work (sealing, repairs, deterrents) when needed
- Rotate on-call coverage one to two nights per week and some weekends
What You Bring
- A sales mindset: you like building trust and closing deals
- Sharp critical thinking and problem-solving instincts
- Self-motivation and the discipline to manage your own pipeline
- Comfort working independently and on the road
- A valid driver's license
- Willingness to obtain required licensing and certifications (we'll help you get there)
- Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and driving record check
Preferred, but not required:
- Sales experience, especially B2B or service-based
- Pest control or wildlife removal background
- Construction, roofing, or home services experience
- Military or field service background
- Customer service, estimating, or account management experience
The Field Side of the Job
This role blends sales with hands-on work. Expect to:
- Climb ladders and access roofs, attics, and crawlspaces
- Work in a variety of weather conditions
- Lift up to 75 pounds
- Use hand and power tools
- Wear safety gear (respirators, gloves, fall protection) as needed
