Now Recruiting Caregivers & Support Professionals Across the Bay Area — Join the Allies for Allies Network!
About Allies for Allies: Allies for Allies is a nonprofit care-matching platform dedicated to connecting individuals of all ages with complex support needs — from children to adults and seniors — to warm, qualified caregivers and support professionals. We work directly with families and individuals navigating self-directed care funding (such as regional center, Medicaid waiver, and government-funded programs) to find the right match — and we're growing fast.
We are actively recruiting caregivers and support professionals across multiple Bay Area cities. Even if there isn't an immediate match, given our rapid growth, a compatible placement is very likely on the horizon.

- Social companions and community support for adults and seniors
- Weekend and flexible schedule support
- Caregivers comfortable with nonverbal or AAC-dependent individuals
- Experience with autism, rare genetic disorders, developmental disabilities, or complex support needs

- Once approved, you'll be invited to create your caregiver profile on the Allies for Allies platform and submit your background check
- After background check approval, your profile will be activated and you'll be visible to families and individuals whose needs align with your preferences, availability, and experience
