AZ Wound and Hyperbaric Medicine is a private practice with offices in Mesa, East Mesa, North Phoenix, and Laveen. In addition to our private practice, we also see patients at BUMC (both inpatient as well as Wound and Hyperbaric Clinic), Banner Desert, Banner Boswell, and Abrazo Scottsdale.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic wounds.
- Perform debridement and other advanced wound care procedures such as TCCs, MLCW, NPWT, biopsies, etc.
- Conduct patient evaluations for hyperbaric oxygen therapy and manage treatment plans.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and ancillary staff to optimize patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and families on wound care, prevention, and treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in quality and safety initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Current, unrestricted Arizona APRN license and national board certification as an NP (FNP, AGNP, or similar).
- Minimum 2–3+ years of experience in wound care. Hyperbaric medicine experience strongly preferred. Ostomy experiance preferred.
- WOCN, CWCN, or equivalent wound certification preferred.
- Completion of an approved hyperbaric medicine course/certification a plus.
- Strong clinical assessment, procedural, and patient education skills.
- Bilingual a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $140,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
