Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate dedicated RN with strong clinical and leadership skills to supervise our field staff. This is a full-time office position . The ideal candidate will supervise and coordinate high-quality nursing care provided to patients in their homes, ensuring their health and well-being while promoting independence and dignity. This role requires a background in nursing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with RN.LVN,Rehab staff and patients
Duties
- Receive reports from clinical staff weekly
- Coordindate care proivided to patients with filed staff, LVN, PT and SW
- Informing MD for change of patient status
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of california
- Experience in home care or at least 3 years of acute care and long term care experience
- Strong assessment skills with the ability to recognize changes in patient conditions.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills ,effective interaction with physicians fi clinical staff and team members.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
