Dining Site Manager –Oakham Senior Center
16 Hours Per Week (Monday – Thursday, 9:00 am - 1:00 pm)
Elder Services of Worcester Area, Inc. Nutrition Program has a position open for a Dining Manager to operate the dining program at the Senior Center in Oakham, MA. This position will also require the delivery of home delivered meals to consumers in Oakham Monday – Thursday.
Responsibilities include: Receiving food from caterer; maintaining safe temperatures; serving lunch; supervising and recruiting volunteers; submitting daily, weekly and monthly reports. Packing meals for the Town’s Meals on Wheels program and delivering Meals on Wheels.
Qualifications: Experience working with seniors and/or in food service helpful. Good organization and communication skills a must. Need to obtain Servsafe Certification. Use of a reliable vehicle including active vehicle insurance with a current license to drive required.
· Staged hiring bonus: $425.00
· Hourly rate: $16.00
· No holidays or on-call
- Mileage reimbursement: per the Federal rate (currently @ .725)

License/Certification:
- drivers license (Required)
- Successful applicant will need to receive certifications in sanitation training, Red cross safety training and allergen.

Successful applicants need to be at least 21 years of age and possess a driver’s license for at least 3 years.
