Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Restaurant Staff to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests through attentive service, efficient operations, and a welcoming atmosphere. Ideal candidates are friendly, reliable, and eager to contribute to a positive team environment. Prior experience in hospitality is a plus but not required; training will be provided to ensure your success in the role.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements
- Take customer orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or bar staff
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
- Ensure tables are cleared, cleaned, and reset efficiently for new guests
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues professionally to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, service stations, and workspaces in accordance with health and safety standards
- Assist with opening or closing duties as needed, including setting up or cleaning the restaurant environment
- Collaborate with team members to deliver smooth restaurant operations during shifts
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Friendly, approachable demeanor with a strong commitment to customer service
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting trays or cleaning equipment
- Prior experience in food service or hospitality is advantageous but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
