Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and dependable HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and light commercial settings.
This role is best suited for someone with strong mechanical ability, HVAC installation experience, and a professional attitude when working with customers and team members.
Responsibilities
- Install HVAC systems according to design specifications, manufacturer guidelines, and company standards.
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems as needed.
- Repair or replace defective equipment, components, wiring, and HVAC-related parts.
- Read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and system layouts to troubleshoot HVAC/R equipment.
- Ensure all installations meet quality standards and comply with applicable building codes.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work area during installations and service calls.
- Drive to customer locations and complete assigned jobs in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly with customers during installations and service calls.
- Work with the team to complete jobs efficiently and correctly.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in HVAC installation, field service, and system maintenance.
- Strong mechanical aptitude for diagnosing, installing, and repairing HVAC systems.
- Knowledge of air conditioning systems, components, and basic HVAC/R equipment.
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment using schematics, diagrams, and system information.
- Previous experience as an HVAC service technician is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to drive to service calls.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable, professional, and able to follow company procedures.
