Job Description:
We are looking for a friendly, flexible, and motivated Dental Assistant with an xray certification to join our pediatric dental team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children and thrives in a small office setting where teamwork and adaptability are key.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the dentist during pediatric dental procedures
- Prepare and organize treatment rooms and instruments
- Ensure patient comfort and manage child-friendly interactions
- Maintain infection control and sterilization protocols
- Support front office or administrative tasks as needed
- Be flexible and willing to assist wherever needed in a small practice
- Take radiographs on patients
Qualifications:
- Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working with children
- Flexibility to take on multiple tasks in a small team setting
- X-ray certification is PREFERRED, but candidates interested in pursuing certification in the future are encouraged
