MUST HAVES: • Degree in construction management, civil engineering, architecture or related • 5+ years experience in construction management or PM • Owners rep, working with design firm and EPCM firm for oversight, not really going into construction field much more desk job • Package must be fireproofing, exterior cladding and glazing, roofing, fire stoppage, PREFERRED cold rooms but not hard requirement • Change order validation • Pharma best, other regulated fine. Med device, chemical. NOT oil and gas • 10-15M+ minimum scope experience
