Inside Sales & Operations Associate

Outpost Construction Supply is looking for someone who wants to be part of a growing team and make a real impact every day.
This isn’t just a sit-at-a-desk job. You’ll be in the mix — working with customers, coordinating orders, supporting the warehouse, and helping keep operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do
- Manage purchasing and order flow to ensure customers get what they need — fast and accurately
- Provide high-level customer support (phone, in-person, and internal team support)
- Work closely with outside sales reps and drivers to keep jobs running smoothly
- Help maintain inventory accuracy and organization in the warehouse
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and staging materials
- Jump in wherever needed — this is a team-first environment
Compensation
- Base Salary: $45,000 – $50,000
- Monthly Commission: Based on total gross profit
